Trichloroethylene Use Reduces by 95 Percent Due to REACH Authorization Requirements

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) reports on the effectiveness of the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) authorization process.
